Sales Manager, Precision Technology, USA
Precision Technology, USA is an emerging technologies corporation
headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia in the beautiful Blue Ridge

PT-USA
is seeking a high level sales professional to lead this exciting
market and the sales team into the future. This is an excellent
opportunity for seasoned sales professional to advance to levels

the position of National Sales Manager.
The parameters are professionalism, teamwork and attention to
detail. We look for a Marketing Professional with a minimum of
10 years proven experience to head our team to the next level
of success. An engineering background is preferred due to the
complex and intricate nature of our business allowing marketing
to meld with the specific needs of the customer. Both Defense
and Commercial experience is mandatory.
This person must be able to lead the charge and build a successful
team as we introduce new product lines and help to meet the various
needs of our customers.

Coast Marine Sales Manager
The Opportunity
Precision Technology is the lead company in a dynamic, forward
looking group that is in the marine world. PT is involved with
automation, replacing hydraulics with its own designs of electro-mechanical
actuators in arduous environments both at sea and on land. Hypac
and Seaway Powell Marine are leading innovators in deck machinery
with established sales worldwide.
Bringing the group of businesses together makes an exciting role
to develop sales of all the group products in the Gulf Coast area.
The successful applicant will be leading the sales effort along
the Gulf Coast, taking on the mantle from the existing Sales Manager.
The Position
PT is looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager who
will flourish in the opportunity of selling high performance engineered
products. Calling on shipyards, machine integrators and other
potential customers, this position is a first class opportunity
to increase sales, building on the established relationships in
the area. Your mechanical aptitude and marine machinery experience
will also help you make a vital contribution to the further development
of all the businesses, liaising with business unit general managers
and the various engineering teams to ensure our customers receive
what they need.
The Requirements
This position is fast paced. The main requirements are energy,
teamwork, confidence, commitment, intellect and integrity, plus
a sound knowledge of selling technical products in the marine
engineering world. It will appeal to those who like to “think
outside the box” and who has experience in delivering results
and contributing to the long term success of the businesses. It
is essential that the successful candidate can quickly build sound,
long lasting relationships with key customers. A knowledge of
bidding practices on military ships will be useful as will a strong
understanding of engineering.

Supply
Chain Manager
Precision Technology, USA headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia is
seeking a senior procurement manager to become our Supply Chain
Manager.
This position will require a minimum of fifteen years of experience
in elevating levels of increasing procurement responsibility.
This person is to have a background directly in Engineering or
an Engineering related firm. This position requires a Defense
(DoD) background with thorough knowledge of FAR Acquisition and
Flow Down Requirements to include Mil Spec and ISO 9000 compliance.
Familiarity with the 9858A Mil Spec is desired and extensive knowledge
of C of C requirements and NDA paperwork. This person will be
able to work in a fast paced defense environment and will be a
solution based manager.
PTUSA is an entrepreneur based, highly technical linear solutions
firm and is looking for a self starter and a team leader in our
organization. Interface with Engineering on material solutions
is the key along with extensive familiarity of drawings and CAD
paperwork for procurement requisitioning.
The compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience
